General Policies

Code of Conduct for Members

• Members must treat all staff, other members, and guests with respect.

• Members are expected to follow all club rules and guidelines during their visit.

Membership Agreement and Terms

• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Members must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid ID upon entry.
• Members must reserve their spot on the website before entering the lounge and pay a reservation fee, which can be paid in person.
• Members agree to the terms outlined in our Liability Waiver, absolving Sam's Social Club™ of any liability related to the use of our facilities.
• Members must bring their own cannabis and adhere to legal limits per Arizona law.
• Members are allowed to bring their own beer per Tempe exemption, within legal limits.
• No weapons are allowed on the premises.
• Membership can be revoked at any time at the owners' discretion.
• Memberships must be canceled with a 30-day notice via handwritten letter or email.

Security Measures Policy

• Surveillance: For the safety of all members and staff, the club is equipped with security cameras. Members acknowledge that they may be recorded while on the premises.
• Check-In Procedures: All members and guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival. A staff member will verify their ID and membership status before granting access.

Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policy

Sam's Social Club™ maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and harassment, including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and disability.

Health and Safety Policy

• Members must adhere to all health and safety guidelines as posted in the club.
• In case of an emergency, members must follow the instructions of the staff and evacuate the premises if necessary.

Paraphernalia Policy

• Sanitization: All paraphernalia provided by the club will be sanitized after each use. Members are encouraged to inspect items before use and report any issues.
• Personal Paraphernalia: Members may bring their own paraphernalia but must ensure it is clean and in good working order. The club is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

Substance Use Policy

• The consumption of cannabis is allowed only in designated areas within the club.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, as determined by club management.

Use of Facilities Policy

• Members must respect club property and use facilities as intended.
• Damage to club property may result in the termination of membership and potential legal action.
• Members must leave their ID with staff in exchange for a controller.
• No throwing controllers or consoles.
• No arguing with other members due to video game play.

Event Participation Policy

• Members may participate in club events by registering in advance.
• Participation in events is subject to availability and adherence to event-specific rules.
• Members must be on the sign-up sheet to play.

Insurance Coverage Policy

Sam's Social Club™ maintains general liability insurance, but members are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for personal property and health coverage.
